JustBoom IR Remote Not working Volumio 3

I have Volumio 3 On the plugins, i went over and selected the JustBoom profile and on the GPIO configuration, i selected GPIO24. From the IR sensor module [irsensor] I connected the volt pin to the 3.3v on the Pi 4 I connected the S pin to the GPIO24 that i have selected on the volumio gpio configuration. I got the Volumio player going on the SmartPi Touch 2 https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07WXK38YM/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o04_s01?ie=UTF8&psc=1 and now looking to get a remote control on it. Installing lirc for any remote

First off i’m connected to Volumio player using PuTTY. So after login, i copy and past these lines at start $ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install lirc I got them two lines, but when i copy and past this line here $ sudo mv /etc/lirc/lirc_options.conf** as follows by changing these two lines: driver = default device = /dev/lirc0 This is where is got stuck at.

IR Remote Controller Plugin and extra remote controll

Hi There! I tried to add my Qnap remote control to the IR Remote Controller plugin list. I added a new folder to /data/plugins/system_controller/ir_controller/configurations and placed the remotes specific lircd.conf and lircrc files there. The IR Remote Controller plugin list showed my new remote and I was able to activate it. The remote worked so far. But after rebooting the system Volumio didn’t react to any of the remote actions.
