Hi, I’m trying to use it, but I get just black screen.
I’m using HDMI out for audio, will that work?
I tried both with touch display installed and not.

On Rpi touch display plugin must be installed and running properly. If not, this not a peppyspectrum issue.

can you test with a smaller spectrum?
what is your screen resolution?

I’ve tried with all the sizes, and got the same result
I did some more tests and took new logs, Could you take a look?
I could solve the pygame.error: No video mode large enough for 1920x1080 adding disable_overscan=1 to /boot/userconfig.txt, but it will still only show black screen.

I made some tests and I met the same with Volumio beta 3.742.
I need to investigate…
Please use a stable version.
You have to go in the plugin settings and save the resolution and spectrum before first use.
It may doesn’t work with Volumio 3.742

I see nothing on the plugins settings menu. how can I install the plugin? It showed an error when I was trying to uninstall it
I have the same problem, when you try to uninstall it, it keeps giving an error and it doesn’t work anymore. I find a solution by reinstalling Volumio.
Hello PeppySpectrum 80s80s Radio does not work, is this normal? Do I need to make a setting? It works very well in Web radio, SoundCloud, Youtube Music, Music Library
Same happened to me and failed the uninstall and then broke autostart.

I hope in the near future Volumio will make this plugin (peppy meter & peppy spectrum) installation easier. I hope easy installation through the interface will be part in their future development. For the newbie users, manual installation is such a struggle.
