PeppyMeter Templates width: 1920

hello, congratulations for your great work. I use a 1920x720 display but unfortunately I only found 5 skins for this resolution. my question is, can I use other skins of another format and modify it for 1920x720? if so which parameters should I modify? thanks for the help

Of course you can. You need to change most of the parameters in meters txt

thank you very much, to change the parameters, I take as an example the parameters of a 1920x720 model? do I have to change them all? or just some specific ones? thanks again for your patience

You change parameters for each skin separately. Not a universal skin.

Take a look here for instructions:

I tried with your instructions taking a 1920x1080 model to transform it into 1920x720 but it doesn’t work. I’m definitely doing something wrong

Which skin did you want to make? How to transform the graphics?

I wanted to convert gelo5 vertical blue 1920x1080 to 1920x720 but I couldn’t

Dear @Gelo5 I am not sure what wrong I am doing here but when I am trying to transfer the templates_spectrum or trying to create a new directory, I am getting the attached error messages. Could you please suggest If I am doing anythign wrong as I am still into the dev mode of volumio.

What version of Peppymeter is this?

1.4.2…ok so do I need the latest version of Peppy Meter which is 2.2.1. And install 2.2.1 only doing a factory reset ? Right @Gelo5

Yes

Thanks @Gelo5 after updating the Peppy Meter version, all I need to delete the existing templates (except 1920X1080 folder since I have 1920X1080 screen) and just follow the rest of the instructions to copy the skins you have shared here at the begining of the post, Right ?

Yes
