You mean customization in the settings of the Touch Display Plugin in the Installed Plugin widgets section. or where is it set up? I’m new, please help me clarify, thank you very much!
The Now Playing plugin is an additional plugin that allows you to change the layout of the display. You would needs both plugins - Touch Display you now have working, so Now Playing uses that and adds screen customisability.

As I wrote in my thread, in NowPlaying you can define size and position, visibility and colour of all elements on screen.

So I installed the latest version of Volumio, I installed the Touch plugin and it doesn’t work. Error connecting to the Xserver.

I have a problem with Rpi5 and Volumio again, can’t scan music when plugging the hard drive directly into the usb port of Rp5, does anyone have the same problem? (1tb ssd drive, at first I thought it was lacking power, but no, I applied external power to the SSD, the hard drive loaded music with some albums and the endlessly rotating arrow of scanned music files returned to zero any other albums)
