Volumio 3 Issues?

I run volumio os from a usb boot stick plugged into my mini pc but has all of a sudden stopped working. Just hangs on a black screen with writing in top left hand corner which says web ui available and volumio login but cant get any further than this. It normally boots up and automatically goes past this stage loading up the gui interface. I have tried wiping and reflashing the usb stick even with latest version of volumio but still wont work. Web ui doesnt work either and volumio app or spotify, etc cant see any volumio devices. Anyone able to help with this? Any assistance would be much appreciated.
