problem will be in “dmask=0777,fmask=0777” you should have it as FS_MOUNTOPTIONS="-fstype=vfat,iocharset=utf8,gid=root,dmask=0002,fmask=0002", because with 0777 you will get rights d--------- and mpd doesnt have rights to read it
