I have an issue whereby when i first turn on my DIY streamer with Volumio I get a fairly loud pop apparently when the DAC engages at the end of bootup process. This does not happen when I simply reboot Volumio. Just when I initially power up my streamer unit. Any ideas on how to easily fix this?

How do you expect support without giving any information to work with?
Maybe a log, used hardware,… just an idea?
Hardware used is the Raspberry pi 5 with Ian Canada PSU for power. I have tried several DACS and depending on the amplitude of the DAC output, pop sound can be softer or louder. I dont think the Audiophonics DAC had this issue, not sure why. Have the latest volumio version update installed. Seems like when the output of DAC is engaged by Volumio there is voltage induced into input of map momentarily. But again no issue when just restarting software, only upon first powering on unit and then at end of boot process…
Latest version of Volumio, please state the exact version.
If you turn of startup sound, reboot, you still hear a plop?
And please post a log.
