Touch Screen and Album issues

I have a Raspberry Pi 3B+ with Volumio installed and I have a touch screen connected by HDMI and USB, screen sometimes work but can’t get the audio to output, and the songs get separated from its albums

Hi @MechWarriorZero
This is not enough information for anyone to be able to help you. Please refer to:

touch screen is a 7 inch by UPERFECT, if I upload one album it shows it as 9 albums even its a single album

That could be an issue with the tagging of the files.
If you are missing the Album tag, the songs might show as individual items.

but I don’t want to edit all my albums, there’s got to be an option that I can turn it off, or is there another Music player that I can run on my Pi3B+

If the files aren’t tagged correctly, you’ll likely see the same behaviour with other music player software.
There is Moode, but it isn’t as good or developed as Volumio when I tried it last.
I reckon if you put Raspberry Pi OS on your R Pi, there’d either be a pre-installed music player, or you could install one.

I tried Moode but unable to upload my music to it, couldn’t access the folder by samba

@MechWarriorZero

Looking at your reply, you’ve loaded an album that contains multiple artists.
Without proper tags, no music software will recognize this as a single album.

Please make sure the album_artist tag is set to “Various Artists”, then try again.
You can test this immediately with the album that’s currently failing.

where do I set it?

In your audio files
