Touch display doesn't rotate

Hi there, I wasn’t here for a long time as my volumios (pi 3b+ with 7" touch display) worked fine. Now I decided to update and as both had version 2.xy I burned a new image to a new SD-card. Could do all the settings and also connect my NAS and installed the touch display plug-in. But the image is always top-down, independend whether I select 0° or 180°. Also after a new start. As I’m not familiar with ssh and linux I would like to do this on the standard volumio surface. Any idea how I can make it work?

Another question is: Can I change the order of the items for source, … switch off, …? I find it not really convenient always to scroll down so far to switch the unit off.

Got the same problem here. RPi 2B with original 7’’ touch display. Fresh install did not help.
