Tidal issue in volumio native app

Hi
Do anyone maybe have same minor issue with tidal in volumio app/ browser
That it wont search for tracks or albums
I have to logout and login to be able to get artist/album/song up
The last two days have been like that

Tidal plugin in Volumio - paid plan in Tidal. Tidal logged in only in the Volumio plugin.
I’m trying to play a mix of 2-3 CDs and I’m having trouble with Tidal.
The Tidal plugin freezes.
Logging out of the Tidal plugin and logging back in to the Tidal plugin in Volumio helps.

Raspberry Pi 5 - 2 GB RAM - SD CARD 32GB - LAN connection - Volumio 4.066

The mobile app always hit and miss.

Any status on this one?

Up - the problem still exists.

This morning i was able to find album on tidal inside volumio app
But 2-3 hours after still back to same issue.
Normally i have to logout and in again to by able to search albums tracks but after login out i cant login again at all!!

I can confirm the issue on the Volumio Rivo+.
Albums and playlists are missing. Re-login required.
I’m disappointed it takes so long on a premium device.

@olivaw i just activated tidal connect option in volumio it works for me.
Sound quality is same on me setup.
Will have to switch between tidal app and volumio when listening to radio until the is fixed.

Yes Connect works, but such a bug needs to be fixed quickly.

Any update on this? I’ve also had issues with search results, albums & playlists catalogue, and playback via the native volumio UI + Tidal Connect.

I eventually logged out of Tidal on Volumio and signed back in. This seemed to fix it for a bit, until now where it is having issues again accessing the Tidal catalogue and playback via native UI, while Tidal Connect from the desktop app or phone work (for now).

What is going on? Please help, as this is one of the paid features of Volumio.
