Do you use shared device settings in volspotconnect2? If yes, try to disable it and enter your credentials.
I tried this, I cant see volumio in my spotify app now… even if I restart volumio.

I tried this, and the ssh is runnning by is own, doing the same thing everytime :
I tried to configure in “all users” and the code running in circle stopped. But it still doesn’t work, and nothing appears in my spotify app (I was able to see volumio before coding in SSH)
It seems to work now… I changed the settings to “volume fixed”, and “all users” and it works. Thanks for your help anyway guys ! 
Yep, it was getting no mixer (i.e “undefined”) and was crashing. Need to look into the Volumio api again to fix this…
hello! as of yesterday multiuser does not work for me, account based is still fine.
Anyone else notices this? multiuser is what I prefer if it works.

An update in volumio casued this?
try to disable the plugin and re-enable it. It still works here…
I had to uninstall and reinstall but it finally worked again.
good. But uninstall / reinstall is a reflex from Windows 
and in that case I can’t see how it can fix something.
I have a Pi 4 4gb with Volumio but I keep getting “connection reset by peer” from Spotify after about 5 or 6 minutes. It will reconnect and play again after I connect to the device but it does not stay connect. 
You broke plugin, now when changing songs on phone or desktop app, it stops first album art disappears and then plays. In phone app very disappointing.
Please fix
Not sure I completely understand your issue - could you give us more details (Spotify App version, plugin version, volume version,etc, etc) and share some logs…

i think they mentioned again this issue at the past. when you change a song on spotify from inside the app closes the window that plays the song and goes at the last screen that you had opened. i tried also with an other spotify device and its not doing the same. any idea?

you know when you open the app listening a song and you start using the next button to change a song? when you try to change the song the screen minimizes the layout of the spotify that shows the song and goes to the previous screen of spotify. i can record it if you want. its not a big deal just its a bit annoying.
