Hello,
recently i got the update to use qubuz-connect, but sadly it did not work. The qubuz app is the newest version and i can choose both rivo and primo for qobuz connect.
The result is on both machines, that either qobuz is trying to play some music, which means the “circle” is going round and nothing happens or qobuz is switching through the whole queue very fast. After that i`m getting an error message “Too many playback errors occurred. Please remove the unavailable tracks from the playlist.”.
Any suggestions. Thanks!
Do you use FusionDsp?
If yes, disable it and retry QC
No Plugins on Rivo. With Primo i use the spotify and the now playing plugin.
Please sent a log, when this is happening.
Log from Rivo has been sent.

Disable the now playing plugin please and let us know
Plugin is disabled, but nothing changed. Still the same Problem. It seemed to me, that there is no connection between qobuz and the streamer, because the rivo and the primo did not wake up from standby mode, after trying to start music in the qobuz-app.
Any solution for that problem so far?

Ok, we understood the problem and are working on possible solutions. We will update you ASAP
After update on Primo V2 had to untick Qobuz connect because Tidal connect was not working…
