Qobuz Connect did not work with Rivo and Primo

Hello,
recently i got the update to use qubuz-connect, but sadly it did not work. The qubuz app is the newest version and i can choose both rivo and primo for qobuz connect.
The result is on both machines, that either qobuz is trying to play some music, which means the “circle” is going round and nothing happens or qobuz is switching through the whole queue very fast. After that i`m getting an error message “Too many playback errors occurred. Please remove the unavailable tracks from the playlist.”.
Any suggestions. Thanks!

Do you use FusionDsp?
If yes, disable it and retry QC

No Plugins on Rivo. With Primo i use the spotify and the now playing plugin.

Please sent a log, when this is happening.

Log from Rivo has been sent.

Please paste the link here, otherwise we can’t find it

Informed the Dev team.

Disable the now playing plugin please and let us know

Plugin is disabled, but nothing changed. Still the same Problem. It seemed to me, that there is no connection between qobuz and the streamer, because the rivo and the primo did not wake up from standby mode, after trying to start music in the qobuz-app.

Any solution for that problem so far?

Ok, we understood the problem and are working on possible solutions. We will update you ASAP

After update on Primo V2 had to untick Qobuz connect because Tidal connect was not working…

A new update Is out with plenty of fixes based on your feedbacks. Let us know if it works out for you.

In case it does not please provide a log link and we’ll focus on fixing the remaining issues. We noticed that the behavior of QC is greatly impacted by the audio device used, so to address all possible configurations optimally your help is very important.

Thanks and enjoy!

Exactly the same problem

Hi @Jip

I’ve tested it very exclusive on the PrimoV2 without problems.
Please provide a log link, so development has something to investigate.

Thanks

The update seems to work on the RIVO, great work. The only thing left is in Volumio, tracks selected when going through the browse button don’t play. The queue button is fine.

@Jip

You know that all info we have to work with, is what you give us. It seems you made an art of less is better  ?

  • Are we still talking about qobuz connect?

If so give us some details, so we can reproduce.

  • Like your using Android or iOS?
  • You select tracks where?

Hello, since the updates Spotify and Tidal connect either don’t show in their apps (fixed with reboot), or the stream starts with 8-10 seconds delay. This happens regardless if Qobuz connect is on or off. Could you have a look please?
thank you.
