  2. Exact symptoms - What does “doesn’t boot completely” mean?

    • Does the Raspberry Pi fail to boot at all?
    • Does Volumio boot but the UI doesn’t load?
    • Does Volumio load but Peppymeter Basic fails to start?
    • Do you see error messages on screen?
    • At what stage does the process stop?

  3. Plugin configuration - What other plugins are installed besides Peppymeter Basic?

    • List all active plugins
    • Did you install anything else on this fresh installation?

  4. Baseline verification:

    • Does Volumio 4.064 boot successfully WITHOUT Peppymeter Basic installed?
    • Can you access the Volumio UI and play music without the plugin?

Context Note:

In your previous post about the Waveshare 11.9" display, you reported that Peppymeter Basic “works perfectly” on Volumio 4.062. This suggests something changed between 4.062 and 4.064, or there’s a difference in your configuration between the two installations.
