Thanks a lot for reporting!
The restart issue is now fixed, and your device should be running normally again.
It was caused by a change Spotify made to how external devices connect. Because of this, browsing Spotify directly in Volumio is no longer possible. You can still play Spotify via Spotify Connect: open the Spotify app, start playing, tap the Devices icon and select your Volumio.
