Premium account recognized as Free

Purchased a Premium account, logged in my account it shows that i have a Premium account but when i try to access any of premium features he says option not available for Free accounts! Also i cannot see any plugins… looks like Volumio makes the OS premium account available for China but use hosting servers for plugins on blocked servers in China. So the only option is to install each pluin one by one offline by ssh option?

Unfortunately, My Volumio is not available in China unless you use a VPN on both the controlling device and the volumio device itself. This does not depend on us, but My Volumio uses authentication and Realtime Database from Google, and they are not available in China for known reasons. We tried lot of things to make it work, but unfortunately to no avail.

I don’t think is a smart way to loose 1.4 billion market just because using google servers instead to have few servers hosted in Hong Kong or Taiwan and resolve this issues… VPN is not allowed in Mainland China, so using this kind of services are not a solution.
