No space on System Volumio 2.873

Hello again, I know that I posted this issue one time already, but I would like to try one more attempt.

My Volumio is heavily modified, I have custom display, Peppymeter, LIRC, NAS etc. and this is system plays perfectly. This is the reason why I am trying to avoid new Volumio 3 update.

Of course I tried Volumio 3, but even I put the same DAC Audiophonic I Sabre ES9028Q2M it did very loud boom sound (I was affraid of my audio damage) after every play/stop and sound was different than with old version, not so crisp with deep basses. And I dont mention that all display and lirc settings was lost.

Only one issue is this, I cannot install Spotify plugin for playing my playlists. Is there some human way how to fix it ?

any help is appreciated

safest way, avoiding deleting wrong files as there is no support for V2:

  • Buy a 16GB SD card
  • Create a SD copy with Win32DiskImager from the current SD card
  • Flash this image on the new SD card.
