Volumio 3 Issues?

Hi i was hoping some one could help me here with canceling my premium subscription I have been up and down all over this website and cannot find anything on how to do this so I sent an email to support which they gave me a link and on that it says when “logging in go to your profile page (click on profile name) and select account type from premium to free” well I log in onto the website the then when I click on my profile name there is a drop down with two options “profile”, and “log out” when I click “profile” it takes me to a page that shows my profile picture and the list of personal details, but I see nothing about “account type”
