Could anyone recommend a personal internet-accessible music service that has a volumio pligin which correctly supports folder view? Jellyfin server has partial support of it, Plex plugin is not yet ready enough, Subsonic has not folder view. Something like Serviio DLNA server, but using Internet.

you can try one of the LMS plugins
I tried it. LMS is not accessible via global network.
I’ll answer myself. Folder navigation via the Internet works great in the Emby server. Unfortunately, there was no such plugin for Volumio. So I had to write it myself. For now, it has the most basic functionality and manual installation, but it works as I wanted. When I finish it, I’ll make it publicly available.
