no entries in the userconfig
Does it help to add
max_framebuffer_width=2560
max_framebuffer_height=720
framebuffer_width=2560
framebuffer_height=720
back to â/boot/userconfig.txtâ?
Iâll try that later, thanks
This is the result after the entry
I also added:
disable_overscan=1
max_framebuffer_width=2560
max_framebuffer_height=1080
framebuffer_width=2560
framebuffer_height=1080
The effect of the different settings regarding âmax_framebuffer_heightâ and âframebuffer_heightâ is hard to judge because all three pictures (including the one from post #19) show different display content. Is there an effect at all and if so what appears to be the best result so far?
BTW: Did you already try the suggestions from post #18?
yes, sorry, the image content should always be the same.
This is the best result in terms of aspect ratio, but not filling
Aspect ratio looks good, IMHO. Which settings are used to achieve this result?
hdmi_cvt=2560 720 60
hdmi_group=2
hdmi_mode=87
Did you test combining this with the framebuffer height and width settings?
Thanks, perfect. I hadnât tested that yet.
Thanks for your patience and help!!
Now I just need a suitable skin for peppymeter
Would you mind posting your final display settings as a reference for future readers?
of course!

Did you collect and write down all settings you did in the last years?
Might be an idea to collect them in a single topic.
