First connection to wifi

Hi guys, I installed volumio 3 I searched among my available networks, the relative volumio, once identified, I clicked connect, at the request enter the network security key I first typed volumio2 and then 3, but nothing doesn’t let me enter . What would this command then be, Thanks.

Try: connect to your existing network and then volumio.local via your browser. I do not know how…but sometimes it works.

Already done nothing, I also tried to type in volume the password of my router, it gives me negative, impossible to connect to this network.

Perhaps give us a little more information… What device are you running on?
