Downgraded memberships but still got billed

I downgraded my membership via paid to free via the app but today i got billed for membership.
A little confusing as i definitely downgraded but it would seem chosing the free option never worked.
Any idea why downgrading would not work?
Should add on the profile page where
It shows your type of membership.
You can either upgrade or downgrade.
That is where i downgraded.

@DED @volumio can one of you look in to this for him.
