WIFI manual fixed IP ..... Unusable due to lag

Running Volumio 2.444
Network setting set to Manual — IP set to a unused address (192.168.0.26 )
Hitron CODA-4582 wifi router
Experience excessive lag time with Volumio UI to the point of unusable performance
Tried factory reset from Volumio menu
Reformat and flash SD card bootloader
Problem still persist so I changed the Network setting for wifi back to automatic and lag completely vanished

so … sharing this known problem with community and workaround (switch to automatic IP select) until this is solved and a fix has been pushed in a later release

Hi.

Look like IP address conflict or using of reserved IP . Did you try to use some other IP address or to reset the router after IP change ?
