Which touchscreens are compatibile with Volumio Primo V2

Hi guys,

I recently bought a Waveshare 11,9 touchscreen for my Primo v2, but I can’t get it to work. What touchscreens out there are compatible with the Primo?

touchscreen plugin is not required on Primo v2

I read into all the discussions and learned that the touch display plugin not ought to be required. Besides the fact that it is not possible to install the plugin on the Primo in the first place.

I contacted Volumio Support. They only returned with the suggestion to change some settings via SSH. But which settings?
That’s why i came to the question which touchscreens do work with the primo. I bought the Primo for the plug and play purpose, not as a DIY project.

this one has been reported to be working out-of-the-box with Rivo/PrimoV2

Hi,
I got this Touch Screen and connected to the hdmi port I get all displayed well, but the touch function seems not to work. I might do some configuration settings. Anybody knows what and how?

You also connected the USB cable?

After upgrading to the latest version 3.779 everything works now :grin:

Actually it was the kernel module hid_multitouch which was missing.
