Were the "appearance" settings removed in Volumio 4?

I just reflashed my rpi w/Volumio 4.1.9. I no longer see any appearance settings at all.

If you’re using manifest go to System => User Interface Layout Design

Yeah, the problem was that I was trying one of the other UIs which apparently don’t have that option at all. Thanks.
