Has the Touch Display plugin been installed from the plugin store?
Installed from plugin store, but from another mirrow. Because some files are in the Belorusian server. Belorusian servers are blocked in Ukraine.
Is the Xorg.0.log complete? Please try to copy the output from Volumio’s console, paste it into a post and format the pasted content with code tags for better readablity.
Did you change Volumio’s root password?

I suggest to start with a new Volumio installation, do the modification of “/boot/userconfig.txt”, reboot and install the Touch Display plugin.
