Volumio V2 doesn't work any more

My Primo 2 stopped while playing a track. I tried many options in the app, without result. Reloading the Android app didn’t help. Factory reset from the UI didn’t work either, the LED stays green now. Reloading factory settings from a USB stick gives the same result: the LED stays green forever.

What can I do?

Please open a support ticket with Volumio.

Seems something went very wrong, the community can only provide limited support.

That’s what I intended to do. But first, for the last time, I tried this morning a factory reset with the USB stick. And yes! It works again! This is at least the 8th time within a year that the Primo lost its settings. Unlike now the settings were easy to restore then. Is this ofter happening? A bad flash memory maybe? Is this the reason why the Primo is not sold in the Netherlands any more?

But it plays again now. And every time I hear it I fall in love with it. It sounds superb! Until it fails again…

The PrimoV2 is still being sold in the Netherlands.

If you Primo crashes this regular, I urge you to open a support ticket.

Ah, I see you appointed a Dutch importer meanwhile.

I tried to open a support ticket, but I cannot fill it in completely. Primo does not react on my request to send a log. Can I go around that log address in any way? And what’s the difference between Premium and Virtuoso?

Select Primium, doesn’t really matter as all new Volumio hardware (besides Lineo5) comes with a premium subscription.

If you can’t provide a log, since the unit won’t boot anymore, skip this step.
