Just wonder if someone could help or give a tip on how to (and answer if it is even possible- so not to waste time on trying…) set up the external screen I’ve just bought to make my Volumio Rivo more fancy

Rivo’s hdmi out works just fine when connected to a big 4K OLED screen (or to a laptop as extended or duplicate display), but I cannot make it work on Rivo- getting just scrambled bars on.
Tried, with my quite modest knowledge of this (to me strange) Linux Volumio sw, all the settings I could have found on community forum- those SSH-ing that seemingly work with various Pi devices, but not with the stock Rivo.
I would be much obliged if someone could give me some guidance, or just advice me to simply give it up.

P.S. I am very satisfied with the sonic signature of Rivo, works excellent paired with X-Sabre DAC and the rest of my (pretty good) rig. What I have noticed concerns the very sw, which I find to have to be seriously improved- some bugs, poor UI etc. but more on that in another topic…
