Volumio primo no contact

For several days, from day to day, my volumio primo with a lifetime license has not shown any sign of life. Even resetting the system from the pendrive did not help. The device stopped working overnight, what should I do about it, where should I send it to the service center? I live in Poland, I bought the device in an online store less than 2 years ago…
