Volumio Primo device does not see audio files on USB (pen-drive)

Hello forum!

I have Volumio Primo, I got it today. Very nice device - music from radio stations…brilliant! I really enjoy this streamer, DAC is really good.

But I have one problem, Primo don’t see USB or cannot find any audio files on it. I wanted to play my favourite music from USB / pen-drive with no luck. I have tried FAT, FAT32 and ex-FAT with audio files in various formats. Primo don’t see anything.

Thisis latest Primo (2023/2024) with latest update (uploaded it today). OS ver is - as manual says - v3.

what OS version does your device have?

could you please send a log, with the USB stick connected?
