Volumio Premium Login Persistence

Living in a place without consistently reliable internet service, I’m occasionally frustrated by missing premium features (multiroom playback chief among these) that are not themselves dependent on a working WAN connection (my LAN continues working fine).

Today, I couldn’t even get the jellyfin plugin to work with the server on my local network because I kept getting error messages about not being signed in to premium.

Isn’t there a way to have the sign in persist more reliably than this? Like, does it really need to check every time I navigate through the menu?
