Hi all

I have a raspberry Pi 1 version B and cant select a static IP address as well as a custom name.

If I just choose the name it is stable, if I just choose the static IP it is stable, but if I have both options on, it stops responding on the network.

I tried several versions since 2632 to 2729 with no avail.

Is there anyone still using RP1?

Not too many now, I suspect :wink: It is a much nicer experience with one of the later RPis.

As to your problem, could you select your static address on your router for your RPi? I know this isn’t fixing the problem, but it is probably the quickest way to proceed.
