Volumio Lineo 05 power supply sometimes I notice it humming

I have noticed that my Lineo 05 is humming sometimes. Would be grateful if someone could give me some recommendations to try to stop this.

when you say sometimes how often is sometimes? and the humming is loud or is your ear close to is?
But normally any LPS or amp that have a trafo can have little hum and it can be quite difficult to find out why or where from
e.g It can be some dc leakage close be lineo5
maybe the voltage in your region is slightly higher than normal be still correct voltage used in you region/country.

if its increases over time worst case its can a minor production error- contact Volumio if so.

Hi there,
I have owned it since July 2025, and noticed it humming 4 or 5 times since. When no music playing I can hear it from roughly from one meter away. I’ve been notified to raise a ticket from volumio help, so will also try that now.

If you ear that humming from the box itself and not from the speakers it might be due to some transformer vibration.
