I purchased an SMSL N100 Net Streamer which comes with Volumio installed. I have also been a Volumio Premium subscriber for over years. What level of Volumio am I entitled to, if any, as a result of that purchase. Do I have to maintain my Premium payments or does the SMSL N100 only include the free membership?

Official Volumio OEM devices, like the SMSL N100, come with all premium features unlocked on the device itself. So on the SMSL N100 you will get all premium features even with a free myvolumio account or without an account at all.
If you have other DYI Volumio systems 9Rpi, x86, etc.), you will still need a premium account for unlocking the premium features on those devices
