Volumio lan streaming

I’m wondering if it’s possible to stream the output from Volumio over a network. I’d like to set up Volumio on a virtual machine and use something like NetJack or PipeWire to stream the audio over the network to a receiver. Do you have any experience with this? Ideally, it would be bit-perfect.

If you want te stream what is played by volumio using mpd (not Spotify or Tidal connect) install the plugin mpdoutput from the store.
Then
From VLC or a web browse in your network you can play using Ip:port of the source player.
