Hi Guys,
I have a Volumio Integro for a while. When it works it’s fantastic, but it’s currently so instable in my situation that I am wondering if I am going to keep it.
I am using it for three things:
- Spotify connect
- Chromecast (just did an update on the app yesterday)
- Line in from TV
Somehow it often doesn’t work for anything from the above. It looks like it’s connected, but its not responding to anything. For example
- if I chromecast, I see everything running in the Integro, but I have no sound.
- If I change volume in the Integro, I get feedback in Spotify that it’s changed. But the volume on the physical device isn’t changing
- I am unable to switch between inputs
- I am unable to reboot it.
- The physical device isn’t reponding on the buttons.
I just enabled SSH and I noticed one thing in ‘/var/log/boot.log’
[ 18.449167] rc.local[2995]: /etc/rc.local: 29: /etc/rc.local: cannot create /proc/irq/42/smp_affinity: Directory nonexistent

Job for rc-local.service failed because the control process exited with error code.

Questions:
- Am I looking at the right place to troubleshoot?
- Is this solvable?
- How can I solve this, if it’s the problem.
I bought the Integro to do a little bit less DYI, but someting seems wrong.
