your SD card is corrupted. Or flash failed if first use
I have 5 sd cards. Tried all them and have the same result. “You are in emergency mode” ctr-D to continue
How do you flash the image?

And make sure to download your Image from Volumio.com. Don’t use the one provided by Raspberry Pi Imager!!
