My Samsung Galaxy A52s 5g indicates on the settings-item “battery and device maintenance” that the Volumio app is an “app with app-crashes” and therefore should be placed in deep sleep. App works normal and without problems.

I guess you mean “Battery and device care”? as maintenance I can’t find.
I do see Volumio under “Frequent crashes” but it seems more related to a connection loss (like Volumio device shut down), or swiping for application close?
But then again I see this for all other applications I use:
- Volumio
- VolumioControl
- Gizmo
- mcontrol
- BubbleUPnP
- Squeezer
Possible; I have a Dutch version. I nearly don’t have connection loss, nore application close downs. App is working “normal” as it should.

So in your case Volumio and Volumio app are running 24/7?
Volumio (in Primo) 24/7; app sometimes restart Samsung… Once a month (average) or after software update restart Primo or router.
