Volumio 3.3 - play here and cast not working

Hello,

I have an active premium plan and recently updated to v3.3. The ‘play here’ and cast to Chromecast doesn’t seem to work. When the play here option is selected in Volumio Android app, it appears to be doing something but the audio doesn’t get transferred.
Also in cast, Volumio is unable to find and any devices even though a Chromecast audio device is active in same Wifi Network. Are there any additional configurations before I can use these features?

Only responding to the Android part.
I’ve tested with 3 different Android versions. I am only able to reproduce it with the Android 11 Go Edition on an old Nokia 1.
Can you confirm your Hardware and Android version?

Thank you for your response! I’m using a Pixel 4a with Android 13. As suggested by @DED I will create a case with premium support.

I had this issue with the “Play here” button not working. In my case it was because I had deselected “multi-room playback” in the sources list. This has to be switched on to activate the “play here” feature. Hope it helps.
