Volume rivo does not playback the songs at the Qobuz "My tracks" list

Hello i own volumio rivo
and since yesterday I cannot play back the songs from Qobuz “my tracks” list
I can play only the first five six at the top of the list, but all the others I can choose them but no playback… it look like the bar is filling very slowly but at the end no play back …
At the other lists like my albums or my playlist , play as they should…

If you have a lot of songs in “my tracks” it might take so long to load that the process fails.

After you press “play”, check the queue and see if your tracks are listed there. One trick to get things going is to press play again – in the queue listing. At least, this works with my Rivo.

I have a lot of tracks and the only way I found to play many of them is to choose the 3 dots at the right side of the song and from there to choose play …
Also from a point of my tracks list and below when I choose with my finger a song it’s not playing the song I choose but a song 3 steps below ! and this happens at the 1/3 point at the lowest point of the list …
Generally too many bugs the last period …
I don’t switch off the rivo when not using it and leave it at a stand by mode is this ok ?

Qobuz seems to be experiencing some issues with this effect. It’s not just Volumio, but also other manufacturers who have implemented Qobuz. The problem lies with Qobuz, not Volumio.
Google Gemini told me this.

No it’s not qubuz problem i run it with another application and worked perfectly

Update. Yesterday I choose another way to filter the my tracks list and everything plays fine when I turn back to filter by date then the problem arrives again…

You’re right, it’s not Qobuz’s fault.
The problem lies with Volumio, ever since Qobuz updated its certificates and security.
The error only occurs with high-resolution tracks (24-bit).
If the audio quality in the sources is set to “FLAC Lossless,” the error doesn’t occur (44.1/16-bit).

Volume is sometimes unable to play 24-bit tracks in Qobuz.
It skips these tracks and plays the next one that is compatible.
The same issue also occurs with Qobuz Connect and the same tracks.
Also on RPI systems. (Volumio 4.119)

Here with the source set to Best Possible (Problems)

Here with the source set to Lossless FLAC (No Problems)

Do we have an email of the support that they reply ?
I have sent 2 emails to the ones I found and already have and no reply yet …
