Volumio - Android App - Volume controls

Volumio: Volumio 2 and or Volumio 3 Phone: Samsung Galaxy S10e Android: Android 11 (december 1 - 2021 latest kernel patch) App: Volumio (official remote control app) Since the beginning of december the volume control buttons on the phone won’t respond anymore within the Volumio App. I suspect google changed something in their code. Anyone noticed the same issue? And is there still some development in the “Volumio Android App” that might solve this issue?
