Comments: Devialet has to be turned on first, selected to USB prior to turning on the BeagleBoard/Volumio. Otherwise will not work. When reset, or when D200 is turned off, and turned on again, Volumio will not work and needs to be rebooted. Should be same issues as hotplugging.
