Update Problem on **SD card**

ZOTAC 327, SD card mit Volumio program Version 3.779:

mein Volumio läuft perfect, aber immer noch mit Version 3.779. Warum???

Jedesmal wenn ich auf Aktualisierungen gehe, wird erst heruntergeladen, danach hört der Update-Kreisel nicht mehr auf zu rotieren; ich kann weder stoppen noch komm ich in die Einstellungen.

Ganz offensichtlich kann das Update nicht auf die SD installieren.

Wenn die externe SSD mit meiner Musik angeschlossen ist, will das Update da drauf und alles löschen. Wie bescheuert ist das denn?
Was tun??

Because everytime I respond to update on new version it will be downloaded, and when the software tries to update, a rotating circle appears which doesn’t stop anymore.
No chance to stop it or go into systems menu. I shut down the Zotac.

It seems as if the software cannot update/install on the SD card.

With my external Music- SSD (EVO 870) attached the update tries to install on it (with erasing all my music, of course…).

This is not funny, we are not amused!
So, what gives???
Please help an old man (75yrs).

Advice from another old man to an old man (:grinning:): instead of you spending a lot of time to supply details regarding your hardware, including supplying logs from during the update, and for us trying to analyse the logs to find the root cause, you might be quicker flashing the newest version.
It is not a must, be happy to help if you decide against it. In that case these posts will be moved to the x86 support thread where you will be asked to supply all the details we need and guide you to submit logs.
