can you confirm that:

  • You are on Virtuoso or Superstar plan?
  • Is your device listed on your MyVolumio profile?
  • Do you see a play button near it?

yes I´m on virtuoso and my device is listed in the web interface and is enabled. By the way, I´ve switched from monthley to the yearly plan today.
