Two questons from new user (volume control and display)

Hardware is Pi 4 (4gb), DAC/Receiver is OPPO-105. Connection by HDMI cable.

  1. TV displays Linux string only. How one can display anything else (Volumio screen, current song, ect.)?
  2. Volume control. Volumio plays song using “software volume control” only. I have not hardware switch. I tried switch to “no control” option, but Volumio no plays song (timing was stopped, no sound). Why?

Install the Touch Display plugin (to be found in category “Miscellanea”) and enable it.
