Just finish to move my Volumio2 box to RaspTouch version embedding the official 7" RPI Touchscreen.
I’m a bit surprised and disappointed by the speed of the application.
When scrolling the albums list (1800) or artists list it is so slow that it is unusable, while using my iPad, it is far faster to do the same job.
Same when you click on the menu to access to any option, it is almost 3 times slower compared to iPad interface. I though that being connected directly to the RPI (RPI 3 B in my case) the response time will be even faster than going through the iPad.
Did I miss something ? I just installed the Touchscreen setup, so do I have to do something else ?
For now, it is unusable.
