A total time played counter is something I miss from my Foobar 2000 days. No real purpose, but it would be nice to have somewhere to go to see my total playtime so I had something to share around the water cooler with other Volumio people.
An option to keep devices alive would come in handy. Many ESS 9038 DACs cut off the first quarter second on playback and I used to have an Audio-GD DAC that would give a quick burst of static when it first started playing. A keep device alive feature would solve these issues and more.
