Hi @arakis2025
With this limited info we’re unable to provide any assistance.
Please post a full log when you’re playing this track.

  • is this a track from an album, Tidal playlist or personal playlist?
  • Is the track available in Hi-Res?
  • Are you playing Tidal via the integration or Tidal connect?

Hi!
THX for support. The log is too big. I put the code in a HTML file:

https://arakis2025.edgeone.app/

I am using the volumio tidal app.

No I search for some Artists like Jon Balke or Django Bates. Last try: Leszek Mozdzer - Beamo. Same error

But the artists worked fine last week…

Seems your Tidal subscription is not allowed to stream hi-res. Do you have an active paid Tidal HiFi account?
Your log contains 252 errors like this:
error: Failed to retrieve real stream URL Could not get TIDAL Stream URL: failed to get stream from provider tidal: rpc error: code = PermissionDenied desc = failed to get track playback info: got 401: {"status":401,"subStatus":5003,"userMessage":"Requested quality is not allowed in user's subscription"}

Try lowering the sound quality in Sources => Tidal

I have ordered a premium account after testing 1 month. In the premium account there is no high res streaming?

I changed to “High” and “Low” same error

No, this refers to the Volumio subscription, which enables native TIDAL integration within Volumio’s ecosystem.
To access TIDAL’s services, you’ll need a separate TIDAL account. Same goes for Qobuz, Spotify, …

OK I understand I pay 6 EUR monthly only for volumio services. And I need a tidal account too.
Right?

Correct.
You pay 6 euro monthly for all Volumio’s premium services.
For Tidal, you also need an active subscription from Tidal.

THX for help
