Hello,
I am running Volumio on 2 Rasberry Pi 4(s) that recently are showing the following problem:
When Selecting the Tidal Tile and the selecting the Playlists option, only 1 Playlist is visible out of the 12 I have and that are visible on the Tidal app. Tidal connect works normally with the Volumio Raspberry Pi’s.
Background and Actions thus far:
System Version 3.785
Rpi 4 Running with 8GB and 2GB respectively
Problem reproducing on both
Connection via Ethernet
Actions:
Removed all Plugins
Performed Factory Reset
Reconnected via Volumio with correct info for Tidal
Reviewed Playlists on Tidal Interface could not find anything unusual, all playlist on tidal are private but also made one Public, no change to the issue listed above.
Checked community for similar problems, found one where incorrect tidal login was used, this is not the case with the above problem as I only have one account.
I experience the same:-(
I have created quite a few playlists in Tidal (where they are all visible still), and quite a few of them are not visible in the Tidal Playlist tile in Volumio (running on a PC with Intel processor) - the situation is the same on my Project streamer (running a (somewhat old) customized version of Volumio using a Raspberrry Pi processor).
I believe the same playlists are missing on both (haven’t made a thorough check), and there is no relation between neither age nor size of what’s missing - of my two most recently created playlists one is missing another (by far the the greatest) is visible.
I believe the missing playlists were available until recently - less than a month back, I think.
The only thing I tried to fix it was logging out/in from Tidal in Volumio - not helping.
Volumio support:
Have you worked some magic?
Tonight, the missing playlists (all of them, as far as I can see) are visible gain:-)
(At least on my Project streamer, I will not be able to check the Volumio PC until Monday).
