Tidal My Music Album Error: No Results

Hi,
The Albums section under My Music in Tidal on Volumio has stopped displaying any content. Everything else works normally (Mixes & Radios, Playlists, Artists, Tracks, and all items in the Tidal section). The problem does not occur in the Tidal mobile app or on the desktop app.
Any ideas?

Hi @mwandl . I’ve just tested this and it’s working fine on my end (RPi 4B, Volumio 4.119). Some questions:

  • What version of Volumio are you running, on what system?
  • Have you updated your mobile app?
  • Have you tried resetting your Volumio system, or logging out and back into Tidal through Volumio again?

Are you using a Pi or a Volumio system (like a Primo, Rivo, etc.)?

Factory reset didn’t help. I’m using Volumio on an RPi2B. The list of my saved albums appears empty, even though there has been no Volumio system update. There is no problem in the Tidal mobile app on Android phones and tablets, via the web interface, or in the desktop app on Ubuntu 24.04.4.

I’ll also try a completely fresh installation of Volumio.

After completely fresh installation of Volumio it works fine.
