Tidal login not possible

Hi, Tidal login does not work any longer. Login process hangs on a white screen.

Yes, same for me.

We are aware of it and working as we speak on fixing it.

UPDATE: Issue has been fixed.

What happened was that, for some reason, the response from TIDAL’s oauth servers was different than before. We did then update the cloud code of our OAUTH performer.

This shows once more that the decision to port all the integration intelligence to the cloud has been a good choice: without it a firmware update would have been necessary.

If this does not work for you, please restart your device (the new DNS need to propagate). If you still have issues, let us know via a comment here.

Working Ok yesterday, after last Tidal Update yesterday, Volumio lost Tidal Connection. From Volumio (latest version) I tried to connect to Tidal, login seems to be Ok, with checkmark, but then white screen appears with “error script” Tidal works Ok. Did the same test on a Android smartphone with Tidal and Volumio, same results. Can log in with no problems to Tidal website, so credentials are OK.

Is solved now for both Android and IOS, did not changed anything myself. See also other reations. Problem with DNS server from Volumio.
